Job Title: Sr Business Analyst- P2P (Procure to Pay)

Duration: 06+ months contract on W2

Location: San Diego, CA

This role will be responsible for leading and supporting the analytic needs of P2P operations, monitoring shared infrastructure performance, troubleshooting failures, and analyzing results. The Sr. Business Analyst will manage supplier data transformation activities to ensure Intuit has seamless B2B transactions. The role will also play a key part in daily supplier onboarding review and approval activities. • Supports GBS organizational strategy development, execution & performance including development of short term and long term goals and operational roadmap, and tracking of GBS performance • Cultivates & coordinates relationships with stakeholders; frequently interacts with GBS leaders and cross-functional partners to set strategic guidance and effectively influences decision-making • Collaborates across Intuit to leverage resources & knowledge to solve problems & achieve results • Adept at focusing thinking around a shared vision and critical few priorities; role-models execution with speed & agility • Collaborates with different GBS leaders and cross-functional partners to drive any activities or projects that require input for engagement, strategy or planning purposes • Develops presentation and meeting content for GBS leadership • Sets standards for knowledge management including solution documentation, storage, attribution and organization • Develops presentation and reporting standards that drive clear and consistent messaging to GBS stakeholders • Develops templates and data models that drive better processes, develop talent, and provide further automation of manual activities in collaboration with GBS leaders • Conducts benchmarking and develops resources/tools for GBS groups or external groups as approved by CPO • Brings S2R best practices to bear through external networking and benchmarking. Translates industry intelligence into actionable insights • Proactively identifies opportunities across GBS to drive efficiencies or effectiveness to ensure optimal use of resources and ROI

Required Skills :

• End-to-End knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay process, and management of big data for supplier management

• Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation and influencing skills, and ability to develop strong relationships with business stakeholders

• Possesses the technical skills to synthesize and interpret Big Data; deep experience with relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and basic programming preferred • Deep understanding of systems development as it pertains to dashboards and BI tools

• Exhibits high levels of judgment, innovation and creativity; effectively uses inquiry and advocacy to work through barriers

• Experience in business analytics preferred, with experience in sourcing/procurement/payables

• Demonstrated leadership track record – able to drive change and influence others

• Ability to work independently as well as lead and participate in cross functional teams

• Proactively works directly with business partners with moderate to minimal guidance from manager

• 3-5 yrs of experience in business intelligence and 1-3 years with finance data

• 1-2 years procurement/P2P/finance/continuous improvement/project management experience

• Experience with Enterprise systems and data (e.g. Oracle eBusiness, Workday HCM, Oracle BRM, Hyperion Planning)

Education (if required) :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other quantitative discipline

• MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred
